According to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, all were charged with 16 counts of child endangerment, with aggravating circumstances.
Each remained in custody under a bail of $300,000, as per the official update released on July 1, 2026.
Minors received medical attention
After the rescue, the children were removed from the residence and placed under temporary custody of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
They were then taken to local hospitals, where they underwent medical evaluation.
Some children received treatment and were released.
Others required more advanced care, according to the authorities.
