đź’” “Grieving Father Breaks His Silence After Tragic Loss of Four Children in Mechanicville”

MECHANICVILLE, New York — New developments have emerged in the investigation into the tragic d34ths of four children discovered inside a Mechanicville apartment, as their father, Brady Harmon, says the official ruling that his children’s d34ths were h0m1c1d3s did not come as a surprise.
Authorities previously confirmed that Harper Harmon, 13, Hudson Harmon, 11, and 10-year-old twins Gavin Harmon and Gracelynn Harmon were found d34d on June 23 inside an apartment on Harris Avenue.
Also found d34d were their mother, Sarah Myers, 44, and their grandmother, Amy Steadman, 64.
According to Mechanicville Police Chief Bill Rabbitt, investigators ruled the four children’s d34ths as h0m1c1d3s, while the d34ths of Sarah Myers and Amy Steadman were ruled su1c1d3s.
Investigators reported that one child suffered fatal sharp-force injuries, while evidence suggests the other three may have d13d from intentional poisoning. Toxicology testing and additional forensic reviews remain ongoing.
Speaking publicly after the latest ruling, Brady Harmon said he had feared for his children’s safety for years and had been involved in a lengthy custody dispute.
He explained that he had not seen his children since 2019 and was only days away from reuniting with them for a scheduled summer visit when he received the devastating news.
Harmon said the findings confirmed concerns he had previously raised about their well-being.
Investigators continue examining evidence recovered from the apartment, including prescription and over-the-counter medications and a handwritten note.
Authorities have stated that no evidence has been found indicating the involvement of anyone outside the family, although detectives continue reviewing every aspect of the case before issuing their final conclusions.
The tragedy has deeply affected the Mechanicville community, where residents, friends, and loved ones continue honoring the memories of Harper Harmon, Hudson Harmon, Gavin Harmon, Gracelynn Harmon, Sarah Myers, and Amy Steadman.
Vigils and memorials have brought neighbors together as they remember the family and offer support to those grieving this unimaginable l0ss.
Law enforcement officials emphasized that the investigation remains active while forensic specialists complete toxicology testing and review additional evidence. Authorities say further updates will be released as the judicial and investigative process continues.
