Tucson community mourns 3-year-old Anna after car crash

Tucson, Arizona — A tragic high-speed crash has left a community in mourning after the death of a 3-year-old girl identified by her family as Anna, while her pregnant mother remains hospitalized with injuries.

According to the Tucson Police Department, the crash occurred Friday afternoon at the intersection of East Valencia Road and South Country Club Road.

Investigators say a white Hyundai Genesis traveling at a high rate of speed collided with a silver Toyota Camry carrying the child and her family.
