A grieving grandfather was arrested inside a Phoenix courtroom Wednesday after pummeling the creep convicted of murdering his veteran son-in-law during an explosive sentencing hearing.

Alberto Ontiveros Sanchez, 55, launched himself at killer Abel Uribe inside Maricopa County Court around 10:30 a.m., and unloaded at least four wild punches on the back of his head as Uribe sat while waiting to be sentenced to life in prison for the 2022 murder of David Navidad-Parra, 27, Fox 10 and the Daily Mail reported.

His attorney, Christian Leuders, argued that Sanchez was overwhelmed with emotion over his son-in-law’s tragic death and that he “lost it” after he saw Navidad-Parra “laughing and snickering,”

“He’s been a model citizen for his entire life,” Leuders told the judge about his client.

Leuders emphasized that Sanchez has no prior criminal record and works full-time to support his children and grandchildren.
